As United Water transitions from quarterly billing to monthly billing, there was a huge scheduling effort started, which included several mailings as well as leaving cards, or “cold calls,” when technicians are working in the area. Their technicians should be able to provide identification and drive vehicles with their company logo, which hopefully will assure village residents who may have safety concerns.

Contact National Metering Services to schedule an appointment, as this update will be beneficial. It will allow the gathering of more data about water usage, should there be leakage suspected, and overall improve billing by providing accurate, actual readings.
